Perform rapid troubleshooting and deploy temporary solutions as needed.
✓ Power issues
Reset breakers and address basic electrical disruptions to restore functionality.

Who We’re Building For
You are a professional with a demanding career who owns short-term rentals for the upside, not to be on call at all hours.
You want to stay hands-on enough to keep control and tax advantages, but you do not want to be the one handling lockouts, leaks, or late-night emergencies.
Traditional property management is expensive and often all-or-nothing. Self-managing offers flexibility but comes with constant interruptions.
StayGuard sits in the middle.
We handle urgent issues when they happen, without taking over your business or your margins.
You stay in control.
Your property stays protected.
For a fraction of the cost of full-service property management, StayGuard handles the most stressful parts of hosting.
-
Guests or hosts text the StayGuard number when an issue arises. An AI responder reviews the message, gathers details, and coordinates next steps. Updates are provided by text until the issue is resolved or stabilized.
-
StayGuard supports urgent property related issues such as:
Guest lockouts or access problems
Maintenance failures during a stay
Safety or comfort issues that require immediate attention
Coordination with cleaners, handymen, or other service providers
StayGuard focuses on stabilizing issues during an active stay.
-
Stabilization means taking immediate action to stop an issue from getting worse, restore basic functionality when possible, and create a clear path to resolution.
When a stabilization is initiated, StayGuard focuses on:
Assessing urgency and risk
Determining whether the issue poses safety, property damage, or guest-impact concerns.Containing the problem
For example, stopping a leak, restoring access during a lockout, or safely powering down affected systems.Coordinating the right response
Dispatching the appropriate local provider and managing communication between all parties.Maintaining oversight until the situation is stable
Tracking progress and escalating if conditions change.
Stabilization is not a full repair or renovation. Any additional labor, parts, or follow-up work is typically the responsibility of the host.
The goal is speed, safety, and clarity in the moment so you can decide next steps without pressure.
-
Our goal is to secure a local service provider within 30 minutes of dispatch for most urgent issues.
Arrival times can vary based on:
Time of day and day of week
Provider availability in the area
Severity and complexity of the issue
Weather or high-demand events
In many cases, providers arrive quickly. In others, especially during late nights, holidays, or severe conditions, it may take longer. We will always keep you informed and confirm next steps if timing changes.
StayGuard prioritizes speed, transparency, and active coordination so you are never left guessing.

There is no app to download, no portal to log into, and no complicated workflow. Text messages keep everything simple, fast, and clear so you can focus on the work.
